EZEKIEL volume one is done!
The two-volume set is entitled GLIMMERS OF HOPE, as the text delves not only into the many crimes of the Kingdom of Judah against Jehovah, but of the Lord’s promise for salvation in the form of the Messiah. Those redemption promises are only sprinkled around the book, however; much of the material is quite depressing, as the writer goes into great detail on how disappointing the Kingdom has been to the God who made them. Still, no matter how much God vows to punish them, He always undercuts those words of woe with “glimmers of hope,” little rays of sunlight that peek out from the dark storm clouds that linger overhead.
Volume one covers the first half of the book (chapters 1-24). Work on volume two begins next week, but I don’t plan on finishing it until around Thanksgiving. When it’s done I’ll compile both volumes into one Kindle release.
Until then!
