An art sample from The Troll who Chose to Read

Work progresses nicely. Today I finished the second chapter out of twenty in the children’s story. I really like the outline and hope the story lives up to it. There’s a good moral at the center, some surprising twists and revelations, and a lot of opportunities for fun and off-the-wall humorous moments.

I hope to have a sample text soon, but in the meantime here’s a piece of art. This is “Billy,” a character that becomes a companion and fellow-traveler to our hero…

Hard to say yet how the whole thing will turn out, but I remain very optimistic.
